Harem Cat
MEDIUM–PASTELS SUBJECT–PET PORTRAIT
This is an image I am creating as a display image for my pastel portraits. I am currently using the last image in this gallery for display purposes, but I intend to keep developing it. I have put this project away temporarily while I work on a watercolor masterpiece to help raise funds for the Gulf Coast Oil Spill. That particular work will remain secret until it’s debut in July/August.
Please feel free to monopolize my time with portrait orders. My customer always comes first!
About the Images
The intense look in this cats eyes is why I call her Harem Cat. She is just lounging around and waiting for her next meal of Fancy Feast. She is catered to and lazy and this medium and color paper suited her coloring perfectly. She is still a work in progress. Visit often to see the final results.
